    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.



Shipping Costs


  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and your location.
  • Wagez Outdoors is not responsible for additional customs or import taxes for international orders.



Order Tracking


  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.



Lost or Damaged Packages


  • Wagez Outdoors is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wagezoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Verified damaged items will be replaced or issued store credit.



International Shipping


  • International shipping may take longer due to customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
