Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Wagez Outdoors is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at wagezoutdoors@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Verified damaged items will be replaced or issued store credit.
International Shipping
- International shipping may take longer due to customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
