If your item arrives damaged:

  • Include your order number and photos of the damage.
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit.



Please Note:


  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for replacement or refund.
