At Wagez Outdoors, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your product arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].
- Include your order number and photos of the damage.
- After verification, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for replacement or refund.
